Early details have emerged on new erotic thriller Wild Things: Diamonds in the Rough which stars Dina Meyers along with Linden Ashby and Sandra McCoy. Here's a little about the film: Things get steamy in Blue Bay, Florida, when young Marie, a 17-year-old beauty, gets caught in a tangle of deceit and double-crossing after meeting the promiscuous Elena, the new girl at school. Will they get away with the perfect crime or is someone else behind this scheme? The disc will be available to own from the 26th April, and priced at around $24.96. The film itself will be presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 and preview trailers. A set containing all three Wild Things films, will also be available from the 26th, priced at around $39.95. We'll bring you the artwork as soon as we have it.

Wild Things 3, along with a Wild Things boxset of all 3 films.....

Thanks for the info. I'll rent it when it comes out.

I rented Wild Things 2 and it was nowhere close to Wild Things. It was entertaining but not worth owning at all, at least not to me.

I never thought she was a bad actress at all, until I saw her in that awful, awful "Birds of Prey" show on the WB. Everything else she was in, she was fine. I don't know what happened there, but, damn was that whole production just terrible through and through.

As for "hottie," I think she's attractive, sure, but not AMAZING!!!ly so.

Denise Richards was also in Starship Troopers but yeah, I also agree Dina Meyer is "hot" but not quite as "hot" as Ms Richards.

Really? I thought there was no comparison. Richards has all the hype (which makes it easy for people to just start assuming she is hot) and certainly has the classic "hot" attributes in terms of her looks, but I thought Meyer was WAY sexier. Her attitude blew away the more "stiff" and pouty Richards in that movie. But then, more guys tend to be more impressed by the look than the attitude anyway (like Cindy Crawford being sexier than Ellen Barkin because of the way she looks). So, it is all a matter of taste.

But, I did just see Meyer in Six Feet Under and though I thought she was still sexy she is not "aging" as well as Richards. But in Starship, I thought Dina was winner by TKO

Actually, I didn't know who Denise Richards really was until I saw the movie Starship Troopers. I had heard her name and maybe had seen some pics here and there but I didn't know anything more than that, so I wasn't exposed to any "hype" about her.

Probably because that's what her character called for.

Richards was great in Wild Things and I think Meyer can be sexy in a similar role but I think Richards definitely set people's expectations in Wild Things.

In the end, you're right BUT keep in mind the characters we see the ladies playing are just that, characters, and the ladies must conduct themselves in a manner the character would.

I didn't like Kirsten Dunst at all in Spotless Mind but loved her in Bring It On and Get Over It as I liked her character's attitude/demeanor in those movies more than in Spotless Mind. Catch my drift?

Why make 2 sequals to a lousy movie? The best part of the original was that glorious 15 seconds involving a bottle of champagne. Then again, they already did the Poison Ivy trilogy.
