UnDeclared Release Date?

Anyone know the current status of UnDeclared? Whats the projected release date if there is any? Would the delay have anything to do with securing music rights and having to shell out millions like they did with Freaks and Geeks?

Thanks in Advance

I read a while back around the time of the freeks and geeks release, that undeclared would be released depending on the success of Freeks. I don't know what the hold up is, but i am guess it is taking a while to secure the music rights.

Checked in on tvshowsondvd.com and they have this information.

It's pretty exciting that this show is coming to DVD. Hope they do as good a job with it as the freaks and geeks DVD.

This is going to be released on DVD? Nice. Good show, too bad it never made it. It only made it one season right? So how many episodes will be on the DVD?

My assumption is that they will release all 17 episodes of the show. My biggest question is whether or not they will put the shows in airing order, because when the shows ran, they kind of jumped back and forth, much like Freaks and Geeks. But since the Freaks and Geeks DVD was done in airing order, I assume that this too will be in airing order.
