Have you ever got double discs in your case?

Just asking because I just opened up my copy of The Haunting (1999) Signature Series & inside I had two (identical) floating discs. Top one has a few surface scratches but both play just fine. This is the first time I've ever gotten two copies of a movie packed in a case by mistake.

I can't say that I have, but I did get two bonus features disc minus the movie disc. Too bad it isn't a disc that was worth a ton.

I recall this happening a lot with the ET release. People were getting two of the same disc in their package. Luckily, they fixed the error just by sending them a copy of the correct disc.

My set of the first season of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" had two of Disc 2 and no Disc 3.

Happened to me once, but I can't remember the movie. Funny you mention it on the Haunting. I bought the DTS version a couple of months ago, and the Dolby version was in the case. They were skeptical at BB, but I got a proper DTS copy.

Not happened to me yet. Usually, I would be able to tell by the weight of the DVD & keepcase and hear it rattling inside the case, unless it is ordered online, of course.

Never double discs, but I have gotten one without a disc before. Ordered it from DVDEmpire.com. I was surprised when I called CS and they said they'd replace it without any problems.

That has happened to me. On my ay from Best Buy, I opened up Desperate measures, and it was empty. Thankfully they opened several other copies to find them empty as well.

When I bought Cool Hand Luke, there was no disc in the package. I'm guessing that somebody out there got a package with two discs, much like you did with your movie.

A friend of mine got an extra disc two in his Futurama season 3. I've never experienced the joy of getting an extra disc. Maybe one day.

Funny thing is i was going to start a thread kind of like this a few days ago.

Well i bought The Royal Tenenbaums and lent it to my manager to borrow. It was stolen from his car and replaced my copy. That wa slike 2 years ago when it happen. 2 weeks ago i went to trade in some games for Doom 3:CE and in my Tekken case was a disc upside down and was my 1st disc of TRT. I was going to shoot my brother for stacking it and just grabbed my case of TRT and was ready to place back in and only to see that Disc 1&2 were still there. Very odd because it took me 2 years to notice this.

Also my Mystic River Deluxe Edition i bought from the last DDD.com sale was missing disc 2. Exchanged it over at my local Future Shop after my friend bought a shit load of speakers

I got the two disc Vista Series of The Sixth Sense. There were two of Disc One (the feature) in the case, one on top of the other! I gave the extra to a friend. Disc two (extra features) was there too, but only one copy.
