Non-Working DVD movie...

Hi,
I have a DVD movie that doesnt work anymore from Columbia TriStar.

Is there anyway I can get this exchanged for a working version?

Any help / advice appreciated,
thanks,
Eric

Doesn't work ANYMORE? Does that mean it used to work? If it didn't work when you bought it, and you still have the receipt, take it back to the store.

ahh, scratching is a different situation. the store may or may not take it back.. you dont have to tell them its scratched when you return it though i suppose, just that is doesnt work and you want a new one
