Does anyone have any information on asian versions of Downfall? I was looking on ebay for the movie and came across such auctions:

Anyone have any information on the quality of such discs? Thanks.

The one above is a bootleg, avoid it!

OK, so there are several versions of Downfall out there.....

German Premium Edition (R2 PAL)
2 discs, DTS, lots of extras, and English subs but only for the main feature

German Standard Edition (R2 PAL)
1 disc, DTS, but no English subs

HK Edition (R3 NTSC)
1 disc, DTS, english subs, but no extras

US (R1 NTSC)
1 Disc, Dolby only, exclusive audio commentary, some extras,
but it has FORCED English subtitles

If this film had been made by an American, it would have won best picture. This is by far the boldest and best film I have seen in some time. You won't forget this film. (or dvd)
