VERTICAL LIMIT: dvdtalk like the sound. do we know the dialnorm level ?
This is one title I was hoping COLUMBIA would not screw up, sound speaking and the early reviews seem to point to a punchy dolby digital. anyone knows ?

thanks

What's "dialnorm?"

You know, I get tired of people telling me that I'm stupid for being a wrestling fan. I've got an IQ well into the double digits.

You might try posting this question in DVDTalk's Review Forum. I think the reviewer visits there, and is more likely to see your question.

Hi David

Sorry but that's not me!! It's someone masquerading as Tyler Durden - bloody cheek. I don't know, people see these films and think they can just take your name at will, makes me mad it really does.

Hello again! Just to say that there is a rather hefty LFE output on V Limit which should satiate your bass-lust. However, an awful lot depends on how you have your HT set up. I have several test systems and on one of them I have all my speakers (including sub) set at 80Hz crossovers. With crossovers set this high, whether a film contains a lot of LFE is, to a degree, immaterial as the processor will automatically send any signals below this frequency to my sub. That's not to say that the .1 is meaningless as specific LFE augment the system very well indeed and certainly help to rattle the bottom of my trousers but a hefty bass is still attainable without it. Just thinking aloud really.
