Does anyoen know why Buy.com lists the Die Hard: Ultimate Collection box set as being released in October?

It's probably because Buy.com is out of stock of the it. I once had to wait over two weeks for a DVD I ordered from Buy.com to be in stock again, after it had been out for nearly 2 months.
