Jurassic Park DTS exchange

I called the Universal customer service number yesterday, and today I got a call back telling me what I need to do to get a repressed copy of JP DTS. They called me back fast, now let's see how long it takes 'em to get me my new copy.

Did you have to send them your old copy? Did they ask for serial or upc numbers and stuff?

The drag is, you have to send 'em your old copy. Watch me send this package off with signature release required.

Hi!

Any word on what happens if you have a defective Disc and don't live in the US? (Germany in my case)

I don't have any idea. You might try calling the customer service number, and see if they can help you out, or at least point you in the right direction. (972)293-5903

Good luck...
