Just watched...

The 170 minute (2 hours 50 minutes)long 'AfterShock Earthquake in New York' DVD. It was an impulse buy. It was only $7.99 at Suncoast. It wasn't bad. Infact the special effects were better than some I've seen in a couple of theatrical releases. Not the best, but good stuff. I love loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong movies.

hrmmmm, is this the one that was on tv about 5-10 years ago? i seem to remember something like that being hyped up after one of the LA quakes.
i'm sure the one i am thinking of was set in LA though. was it called The Big One? the only scene i remember is a guy pinned between several layers of a car park that had collapsed and rescue workers going in to save him and getting trapped themselves when a large aftershock hit and even more stories of the structure sandwiched them all in

Darn, actually I don't think that's it. Thing is, I don't really get why it was called 'Aftershock' when the movie just had 2 or 3 aftershocks that didn't last 10 seconds and didn't cause much harm or change anything in the movie.
