Buying:

The Fountain
Pan's Labyrinth

Considering Buying:

Tex Avery's Droopy (Complete Theatrical Collection) (if only for "Northwest Hounded Police", one of the funniest cartoons ever made)

(I'm still on the fence about jumping into the HD-DVD pool, but The Fountain is one release that has me seriously considering it. A perfect movie for HD.)

Renting Pan's Labyrnith

Buying nothing and that's a good thing because I had to go to a conference and I paid the costs upfront and it will take 6 to 8 weeks for reimbursement.

Pan's Labyrinth Platinum. Can't wait. Edited to say I will also rent The Fountain sooner or later; that slipped my mind earlier.

and my theater let out a collective sigh when they found out. Apparently many people were not aware it was a foreign film going in. I found it hilarious.

Here's a hint, stupid people: if a movie trailer or TV spot doesn't have a single line of spoken dialogue, it's a subtitled movie.
