Help me ID this movie...

I just watched Boogie Nights and thought that this scene was from that movie, but it must have been another movie about a bunch of coke heads...

I think the whole scene is shot from under a glass coffee table while 3 or 4 of the characters cut and snort cocaine from off of the table. One of the actors (I remembered it being John C Riley) did not want to be snorting whatever powder the prop guys had come up with, so while the other actors in the scene happily vacuumed, snorted away and delivered their lines, he just kept cutting his 'coke', messing up the pile and re cutting his powder over and over. The director and no one in editing caught it until after the film had been released.

Is it another film from Paul Thomas Anderson? Blow? Narc? Rush?

nope. I just thought it was Reilly because I thought it was Boogie Nights

The movie would have come out on DVD in the late 90's, early 2000's as it was one of the first commentaries I ever listened to. Thats how I knew about the coke cutting blooper. The director told a great story about it on the commentary
