Crouching Tiger Superbit..worth upgrade?

I have the first release, and I doubt I'll watch any more of the extras, as I found them rather bland. I love DTS though. I've got a pretty good system, but I wondered if the leap in quality is worth an upgrade. I'd like to hear from anyone who's compared both discs. Haven't seen Superbit. I picked up DESPERADO, but won't get to watch it until I get back home in a week.

Still, if I'm going to get CROUCHING I've got to do it soon, so any input appreciated.

If I say "yes," will you send your old copy to me?

If you say "yes," then yes, buy the Superbit for the improved video and audio!
