Who controls DVD rights for A MIDNIGHT CLEAR? - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

Forgive me if this isn't the correct forum area to ask this question in, but I'd really love to see A MIDNIGHT CLEAR on DVD. I've e-mailed Columbia-TriStar, who put out the VHS years ago, but I've gotten no response. Have there been any rumors of a DVD for this title? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
