Where are the "Death Wish" movies on DVD?

OK, I know that the original "Death Wish" and "Death Wish 5" has been released, but where are the really crappy Death Wish'es (numbers 2 & 3)? Wouldn't it be nice if Anchor Bay released them along with "Death Wish 4" - which as I remember it isn't all that bad. I believe that 2, 3 and 4 was from Cannon Films.

Death Wish 2 and 3 were so bad that they were good - in some weird way...
