Cinescape.com is reporting a comment in USA Today by producer Kathleen Kennedy, that when Steven Spielberg's E.T. arrives on DVD from Universal next summer, it will feature both the original theatrical version and the new director's cut that will be in theaters.

I will be picking up ET now if this turns out to be true.
