What is the name of the Song and who is the singer for Season 2; Last episode (Domino's Falling)? The song in question is the last song where its a montage of all the characters ending with Vic and the strike team staring at the money train moola.

"Overcome" by Live?

That's the answer I got by googling it and reading some Shield boards. I guess you could look for lyrics or a music sample to make sure it's the right tune.
