Finally finished off the fourth season of Futurama tonight. Watching all 72 episodes within the span of a month was an interesting experiment, allowing me to better appreciate the subtle details encoded into early episodes that wouldn't pay off until much later (like Nibbler's shadow on the wall in "Space Pilot 3000"). It's also remarkable how few mediocre episodes there were throughout the show's run (of course, if it had run 350 episodes like The Simpsons, it would have run out of ideas around episode 175 or so and would have coasted on fumes for another ten years
 ). The episodes that I really didn't like include "The Route Of All Evil" (a paper route story? How King Of The Hill...), "Where The Buggallo Roam", A Taste Of Freedom", "A Leela Of Her Own" and "That's Lobstertainment!", but even these weak entries still had a handful of good gags studded through them.And "Jurassic Bark" still has one of the most mercilessly sad endings ever in a cartoon show.

Just finnished Walker Texas Ranger:The First Season
I am a bit upset with this box set as the PQ is worse then watching the show on TV. It looks like it was taped off the TV instead of the hard copy. There is no need for this now a days sure the first season is from 1993, but with todays tech they should have digitized it for DVD. This is just pure laziness on there part. Look at The Original Star Wars movies. they look down right amazing on DVD the PQ is better then most movies released on DVD today. Also I got Season One Volume One of He Man MOTU from 1983, and even that looks good on DVD, much better then Walker. With that said I like the Walker series and will get the whole series on DVD. I hope newer season's have proper DVD PQ. BSW
