10 Years?? I think you can go further back than that. God in the first 10 minutes I was like "ooooohhh crap there goes the budget for the rest of the year!". THey touched and built on every thing they should of and with the Starbuck storyline which will be though of as the Lost storyline by me, more questions than answers, they really flipped things around. I think the couple of lines of dialog that Starbuck and Lee spoke where obvious foreshadowing. She says to anders if I found out you where a cylon I'd but a bullet in your head and when Lee talks about what if his brother came back and they discovered he'd been a cylon all along would they love him any less. They are setting up one of the most major characters to be the final 1 cylon. It won't be a final episode reveal either because when people on Galactica find out there will have to be a few "how will they deal with it" episodes. Its ashamed a show so good has to come to an end after 4 years. I'll be forever categorized with Enterprise for being a 4 and out show. However BSG being way higher up on the good scale. Iggy goto the newsgroups you should be able to find it there is all else fails.

I don't think it's Starbuck, as a cylon, at all. It's way too obvious. She's a red haring at this point. I think it's going to be someone we haven't met yet or someone on the periphery. I mean look at Tori, that character just came out of nowhere and they made her a cylon.
I don't think they blew their budget for the season, since it's the last season I've heard scifi really threw the money at them to finish it strong, since it's not about ratings now. That said, that space battle was awesome.

Fabulous frakkin' episode.
Also, I'm pretty sure the producers have gone on record that Starbuck definitely isn't a Cylon. But who knows if that's the truth, since they went out of their way to lie to the entire cast and crew that she was leaving the show for good last year.

When I saw this pic I thought the same thing. Are there any religious folks here that can disseminate who is who based on the Last Supper? Perhaps that will lead us to the last Cylon or some other revelation?

Weren't there 13 at the Last Supper hence the superstition of bad luck of serving 13 people at a table with a white tablecloth?
Of course I may just be going nuts. ![]()

The article that goes with the picture mentions a missing person which was done on purpose. He or she I believe is suppose to be the final cylon.

I wonder if they're going to do anything with the Chief's baby. After all, it is the second half-human, half-cylon baby on the show.
My personal prediction is that the hybrid babies go on to colonize earth thus linking human and cylon together for all time. Great start to the new season.

If you assume that the Galactica supper should match up in the same order as the Last Supper, here's what we've got: On the far left of the painting are grouped Bartholomew, James the Lesser and Andrew. Roslin, Six, and Tigh. To Jesus' immediate right are Judas, Peter, and John in another group of three. Judas is in shadow, clutching the bag of silver he was paid for betraying Jesus. Here there's only Apollo and Baltar so the "missing disciple" seems to come from here. To Jesus' immediate left are Thomas, James the Major, and Philip. Thomas and James are both upset; Philip appears to want an explanation. Starbuck, Anders, and the Chief. On the far right of the painting is the final group of three: Matthew, Jude Thaddeus, and Simon the Zealot. Boomer, Helo, and Adama. So, is Baltar the "Judas" of the Galactica supper since he's been on the edge of betraying humanity time and time again? Or is "Judas" the missing link and the ultimate betrayer of the Cylons? Are there any other main characters missing from this picture? |

Wild guess, from the Lee/Baltar group...romo lampkin?
I'd figure it'd be a main character but it might be someone we met last season.

Another fine episode tonight! Love those Centurions!
The shakeup on the Cylon side of things is a little weird, but pretty interesting. The scene with Baltar talking to himself was priceless. That guy's awesome.

What if the last cylon is Billy? I mean it seems like the ones we know descend in age, or it seems that way. Billy was quite young, and theres really no reason to pop a new character up on everyone. Deanna did react strangely when in the temple when she "saw" the final 5, like she knew them all or had at least encountered them all.
I'm going with the long shot and gonna say it's Billy. ![]()

I'm putting my money down on Roslin or Romo Lampkin.

That's why I loved it. If I ever had a conversation with myself like that, it would likely be awkward, bizarre, and confusing.
Baltar's imaginary conversations with Six are always enjoyable, at least for me, so the conversations with himself just take the weirdness to a whole new level that I find hilarious, yet strangely captivating.

I take it back, my money is now on Dualla or Roslin. Mark my words.

I'm gonna go ahead and say last night's episode was kinda lame. After the two previous, fabulous installments, this one just fell short.

I'm not particularly fond of making Lee a politician, I found his role as lawyer trying enough. That said I really loved this episode, Tori is a mega-bitch.

That switch with Tori's character really surprised me, and seeing Cally get killed was a shocker. I was almost sure that Tori wasn't a Cylon, that none of the 4 were, that it was all a red herring. Didn't really care that much for Starbuck's crew, and was surprised to see a fair number of main characters on her ship, but I guess we'll see where it goes. I wonder, though, how are they keeping track of where Galactica and the fleet are? How will they hook up again? Decent episode, but too few Baltar scenes. Were there any? I don't remember seeing one. I find the Cylon civil war intriguing, but it's not exciting me yet.

I enjoyed the episode quite a bit. It actually didn't surprise me that Tori took Callie out. I didn't really like seeing Callie go out as such a weak character, but I guess that made the "suicide" believable.
I like seeing Lee as a politician. I think his character really has been one from the beginning of the show when he was the President's Military Advisor so this is just the next step for him. I've been watching the first season again and I now believe that Adama is going to be the last Cylon. At the end of the episode where Starbuck was torturing Leoben, he told the Roslin that Adama was the cylon, but Adama was never tested. Everything else that Leoben said has come true so I going to go with that. |

To me it's just to weak and too forced to make Adama a cylon, since he's obviously got a father, got two sons, etc. I personally think it's Roslin or Dualla (mainly Roslin) since we never saw Roslin prior to the attacks really. Ignore that weak ass bit a few weeks before the attacks where she's encouraging the teacher's strike.
But remember, we saw Adama as a younger man in Razor, even before meeting Tigh. Frankly I think Adama is too easy and obvious. Frankly i think Roslin is the biggest threat, as she's been steering the fleet since day 1. And how much sense would it finally make that she's magically the next person in line for succession after the whole cabinet is wiped out. Makes perfect sense when you're engineering planet wide genocide.

Honestly, I don't think I could buy either Adama or Roslin as the final Cylon. Neither possibility stands out as anything that would make sense or even that I'd want to see.
Or Baltar.
