My Name Is Earl Scratch & Sniff Card

Did you guys get a scratch and sniff card with your season 2 box set? One of the episodes says "check your DVD case for the card," but I didn't get one. How can I fully appreciate the show if I can’t smell it?!

It was a small card. Perhaps you threw it out with the other insert crap?
