Reaper - Better than I expected
First epsiode with the intro of the characters and the job of catching the firestarter was a lot better than I expected, but then I did not expect a lot either. Though Thornton's Devil came off kind of like a Dennis Hopper variation, it was good enough to make me watch it again.
Second episode delivered pretty well, but made me wonder if it was going to be a series of: Young Slackers meet the Monster of the Week. The whole thing of having a humdrum existence as a corporate just-slide-by employee is funny one show, then gradually annoying. The goofy, smoke-fogged buddy was starting to become tedious. It's nice that the attractive girl isn't a snot and has the same kind of job though. Now that they've done fire and electricity, what natural phenomenon will be next?

I finally caught up on this show on my dvr. Very funny. Brett Harrison was funny in the underrated "The Loop," so I'm glad he's been given a chance for this show. All the characters do a pretty good job of acting. I think the sidekick guy is hilarious, especially that bathroom scene where he was like, "Dude, seriously, stop checking out my junk." He had other really good lines.
I'm guessing there are countless ideas for wayward souls. It just seems like Ghostbusters though, and so I don't know how much longer it will last. But I do like the show.
