I don't know if this is the name of the series or not. Here's a brief description:

5 "Texas Ranger" types with power badges go around and fight crime in the universe. It's set-up like Wyatt Earp and his posse. The crime fighters are "X-Men" type mutants but can only use there powers through their badges.

Has anyone ever seen this series? I remember enjoying this show, but it vanished (never to be heard from again).

One of my favorite cartoon series from the mid-1980s with a very cool music soundtrack you didn't typically find many American cartoons. I'm lucky to have found one (maybe the only?) laserdisc with 5 episodes of the series.

That's what the cover looks like. I picked up mine at a used LD store for $8.

I paid $2. I never watched it. Never seen the show either.
