Second Batman Animated DVD volume 1 Question

Since somebody already asked a question about the Batman Animated Volume 1 set, I guess I would ask the second one.

Is there any pre-production artwork for the series presented or discussed in any of the extras or commentary. Twelve years ago in Cinefantisque magazine, they showed some of the earlier Catwoman artwork which showed a resemblence to the Julie Newman version before they settled on something more from the Michelle Pfeiffer theatrical outfit.

Did the extras show any of the earlier character designs for Batman, Catwoman, Joker, Penquin or others?

Any info would be appreciated.

You can email if you want

Sincerely

JThree

You should have put this into the BATMAN: TAS thread. It would have gotten just as much response and unforunately now, the mods are going to close it.

Okay... you're asking about the new box set right? There is no extras like that, no... there is a nice documentary, but there is no early sketches that I can remember... I could be wrong, and it they might show it while talking and I was just listening or something... I know there was early Batman sketches, but nothing for the villians that I recall.

Still, the set is damn fucking excellent... go get it. Now.

You are correct. Please continue this discussion in the thread linked to here.

In other news, please search for a similar topic before starting a new thread. In this case, a Batman thread was already on the main page. Thanks.
