It looks to me that this edition isn't that much different from the two-disc special edition the studio released back when the film first came out on DVD.

These weird special edition names are really starting to bug me (such as Ferris Bueller's "Bueller, Bueller Edition" and Airplane's "Don't Call Me Shirley" Edition).

Personally, I think I'm passing on this one.

These sequel tie-in re-releases are getting old.

Seriously. I don't think I pulled the original copy off my shelf to watch in like two years.

I'll keep my original 2 discer which is absolutely not in need of a double dip.

This should really go in the animated forum, shouldn't it?

I re-watched my copy of the original 2-disc set right before Robots came out last year, and it looks like there's absolutely nothing of worth being added to this "Super Kewl" edition. Just like with last year's Mask Of Zorro reissue, where all they added was a preview of the film's sequel and some movie cash, and dropped the terrific DTS track to make room. At least last year's double-dip release of The Transporter added pretty thorough 35-minute documentary and a new DTS track to make it pretty worthwhile.

Moving to Toon Town.

But i shall add my 2 cents. I agree about getting tired of these re-release of movies with nothing but promo fluff for the next installment. If you didn't buy it the first time then buy it but if you did the 2-disc original was great already.

Only difference being that Ferris Bueller really needed the SE treatment desperately but yeah, this new trend of SEs having (supposedly) clever names is getting annoying.
