Does anybody know which comic(s) of penny-arcade show Gabe's Pac Man tattoo?

Sorry, don't know of the exact comic. There's several though. I'd recommend just going to the first comic they made (there's a "First" button in the comic navigation toolbar located under each comic) and going forward one at a time from there. Shouldn't take you more than a few minutes to find the first one with the tattoo.

Isn't it the same as the picture on his shirt though? Maybe with an extra dot or two in front of it?

If you're thinking about getting a tattoo like that, I'd suggest e-mailing them and asking for a larger image of only the tattoo. It shouldn't take Gabe more than a minute or two to draw it up, and I'd be surprised if he wouldn't help you out.
