Star Trek Animated Series

[Flash Ahhh]

Anyone pick this up?

Been out for a bit but I can't find it. Seems to be sold out around here.

Sad to say that this ran for only 22 episodes. I think they could revisit the Star Trek animated series in the present day and do it with the original characters and providing they can get all the voices down, I think it would work. It would be both familiar and nostalgic at the same time so they would not have to worry about winning over viewers with a new crew and themes.

Looking forward to picking this up once I can find it.

The "Futurama" episode featuring the surviving cast members was a real treat. I'd watch more animated Trek, though at this point, they'd probably do best just recasting the ENTIRE thing, like with the new movie, rather than mix and match.

Target was the last place I seen it as well. of course I didnt' snatch it up and it got sold out before I could go back by.

I caved in and just bought it at an overpriced B&M place.
