Transformers Gen 1 tin DVD set owners?

I have sent private messages to some of you and gotten no reply, thus this new thread.

I got the wooden box set with 25 DVDs, found disc 2 to have several glitches that render some of it unwatchable. (a wasted set to go in the garbage)

So there's this 15 DVD tin set, that everyone says is better quality in so many ways, yet I heard somewhere that episode 24 "Atlantis Arise" can't be switched to English. Can someone confirm this? If so, this is just pathetic. Can't somebody get this product right for once? I am tired of having to consider buying the same thing over and over. I do have the Rhinos, but they take up too much room. I would rather have the 15 DVD tin set, since it is claimed to look and sound better, as well as take up less space.

Then there's the can of worms called "making sure I'm not getting a bootleg."

Ok, an Ebay seller was claiming that the tin set had a problem with eps 24. I will go ahead and buy it. Get any recommendations as to who I should get it from? There are some on Amazon.com

I would actually like to avoid Ebay.

Well if anyone cares, I finally found a seller (company) I feel comfortable with. The stork delivered my baby to my today.
