Yellow Submarine

Yellow Submarine (Beatles) appears to be out of print...cannot find it on the shelf anywhere. Any information regarding availability. Is there a re-release coming out?

A number of folks have posted on various boards saying that copies have been showing up at their Wherehouse Music/FYE stores. So you may want to check them out if you have any in your town. Otherwise eBay may be your next best alternative. Can't help you on if this will be reissued anytime soon.

Funny that I was just looking for a copy of that for a friend a few days ago. According to Borders, it is still in print, but most stores are sold out and you have to order it. So while it is scarce, it is still in print.

I did a check of the 6 borders stores near me, all are sold out.

I was seeing copies in Blockbuster up to 2 years ago.

Apple recently changed hands into the guy who ran Sony Legacy, so I think that we'll start seeing re-releases down the line. The movie turns 40 next year, and I think they might be waiting to release it then.

I'm glad "Help" is being released, even though it cut my Collectors Edition box set's value in half.

"Magical Mystery Tour" is on grey label boots, as is "Help". Seen copies in Best Buy.

So far, no "Let It Be" but I'll wait 2 years to see if they release it. I have a copy of a copy that's grainy. Some of the outtakes are on You Tube and are hilarious...most of it better than the movie.

Also expect Cirque de Soleil's "Love" to be released on DVD in the next couple of years.
