CORALINE (Take two)

The first stop-motion feature from Henry Selick since James And The Giant Peach a dozen years back ( )...and in 3D, to boot?

I like the book, so I hope they focus more on the story than on the 3D.

My college roommate is an art director on Coraline. Laika Studios, i.e the guys making this movie are located about 10 minutes from my house.

I'm going in next week for a second round interview, as a compositor on this film. Wish me luck.

The film opens on Friday, and most of the advance reviews have been glowing. Can't wait to see this in 3D.

This was a wonderful movie, although way too scary for the under-eight set. The animation is gorgeous in 3D, and the story is compellingly creepy.

Let's try this again.

I've renamed the thread, so hopefully that will keep the auto-spammers out.

We've also enabled new user Moderation so we should be able to kick out the spammers before they get a chance to spam.
