Well to let you know that system was a Techwood System....I found out that they are not the best in the world so I took them back and starting using my old receiver and speakers again. But I did get a nice new TV. I got the Panasonic 47WX51E HDTV Widescreen television. It's a nice piece of hardware. Here's a picture of what my new set up looks like.

Oh and by the way...my receiver and speakers are the RCA 2300 HTIB set for right now. Hoping to upgrade at the first of the year with a Denon receiver and some Klipschs speakers. But for now it does the job (just wish it had DTS). My DVD player is the Pioneer DV-340 (hoping to upgrade pretty quickly to a progressive scan one though). My VCR is the Phillips/Magnavox 420AT (oldie but still works ). I also have a Xbox and a Pioneer stereo rack.

Why yes it was Stripes! One of my all-time favorite movies was on Comedy Central that day. I just had to take a picture while it was on. Thanks for the nice replies guys. I have really been trying to upgrade my system for a few years now and am finally getting there . Hopefully by this time next year I will finally have the system I have always wanted.
