I love DVD's as you can see but I have yet to watch ones on a 16X9 widescreen tv.

Funny how moving and upgrades seem to go hand in hand!

Good luck with your move/upgrades.

BTW, welcome!

Cool gear!

Why are you looking to replace your gear with non-Sony gear? It's obvious you like SOny products...

Peace....

Sony's Products are very good, but I'm getting a Projection HDTV and Sony Projection TV's are not that good from what I heard, I'm just going to move this stuff I have currently in the bed room, I was thinking about getting a 34' wega but its too much for a tv with 2' more than mine and a 16X9 ratio. I try not to mix and match too much, there is usally too many remotes laying around.

I used to have a Sony RPTV. It was quite nice after I calibrated it with Avia. I even played video games on it without a burn-in problem. However, I think Mitsubishi would probably do you better in the long run.

yea I heard playing video games on a projection tv will be a problem. Just curious does that Avia disc work for all Tvs or it that just for Projection TVs?

Cristale's HT redux

I'll close out this one.

Peace...
