Thanks, they're all signed by the cast/crew and Romero himself, they are the crown jewels of any of my collections

Finally!

Why do you feel the surrounds are too high? Unless you have 10' ceilings, they appear fine to me.

And what movie is that?

not the front speakers, the back 2 speakers I have up higher, probably 3 feet higher then my fronts, my dvd towers around about 6', the rears are up around 8-9'

MtCarmell00 as a zombie is scarier then anything I've ever seen

How high are they off the floor? When my friend was looking for height recommendations for installing his in-walls, I found people were generally installing them 5'-8' from the floor.

Peace...

Sycho, any suggestions for placement of my center speaker? If you can't tell, i'm backed in a corner so I can't mount it on the wall. How low should I go with the mains and should the rears line up with the front as well?

If at all possible, I would try and rest the center on the top shelf in front of the TV. Assuming there is room to slide the tv back and still fit the center in front. I'd then move the speakers down somewhere into the bottom 1/3 of your tv's picture.

The rears...you could probably leave since it looks like they are bracket fastened and you may or may not want to spackle over the previous holes.

Pretty much like that, just try to keep all the fronts on the same level.

Raptors, I paid $225 for these back in 2004 from the mall after they renovated and figured they could make some money off of us fans, namely me.

Thanks for the kudos guys, I really like the set up now instead of how I had it at the old house, plus it looks way cooler now then then

Very cool setup you have, Monro. The mood lighting, and the bigger space makes everything look better.
