Nice job there Wurms! It's clean and sleek looking. Sneaky way of cable management. I need to work on my wires but I can't see it happening in the near future.

Nice setup, I like the TV. You already mentioned the rears and getting them higher, but do you think your fronts are a little too far back? Might you be loosing some sound to the TV edge?

Yea, I could probably move my fronts forward a bit more to help. Pics actually make it look worse than it is. My AV rack is pushed out a little far, I hooked up my 604 recently and needed to scoot it forward and forgot to push it back My left speaker is near the front door and I fear someone bumping into it, its only about an inch or two behind the TV anyways. I might try squeezing it in and then forward a little.

Well, thought I would post an update since some things have changed Biggest change is the TV. I now have a SONY KDS-60A3000 and LOVE IT!!! Also, I got shelves to raise my rear speakers. Before I just had them on end tables. Much better now though. Another small change is moved my speakers forward a little like sub780lime pointed out in the posts above. Dont really notice any sound difference but it looks better anyway

Nice setup you have there. I remember when I went from my 55" Mits CRT HDTV to my 65" Mits 1080P DLP. I was stoked about the upgrade. With my new job, I am thinking of replacing my WD65734 with the WD65833. Either that, or spend an extra grand and get the JVC. Dunno yet. Lets see what the stock market does...

New Fronts

Grabbed a pair of Energy C-500s on ebay for $400, used the 30% coupon from live.com, so the total came to $280 for the pair!!!

Here are my new fronts. Moved my C-3s to my rears for the time being. Not sure what I want to do with them. They are really big for rear speakers.

Nice find on the Energy speakers. Grabbed a pair of the C-300 last Boxing Day sale for $200 and absolutely love them. If i had the money i would of bought another set. To think i actually almost returned the speakers because i didn't . . ok my family didn't think i had the room for them. Again congrats as they are an awesome sounding speaker.
