hdtv question

i just got a new lcd 32 inch widescreen hdtv. While its hooked up to a cable box i can pull in 8 digital channels 2 of which are HD that i do not get with cable. But i they do not come in all that good or keep loosing the signal cause i do not have a antenna nor does the tv have a built in one. what type of antenna do you suggest. if i need one with a amp i don't want to have to plug the amp in as i do not have outside electrical outlets. don't want to spend much. I was thinking of going with this one here. any thoughts.
